Nora Trifonova Ivanova brings a sharp eye for detail to her role as collections specialist. She holds a bachelors degree in Economics and Management from Europe and a certificate in bookkeeping, giving her a strong foundation in finance and account management.

Nora’s approach is centered around clear communication, empathy, and consistency. She understands that each clients’ situation is different, and she tailors her communication style to build trust and help resolve issues efficiently and respectfully. She enjoys the problemñsolving aspect of collections and takes pride in helping both clients and the firm to find balanced, workable solutions.

Outside of work, Nora’s energy and adventurous spirit shine. Sheís passionate about extreme sports like skydiving, paragliding, and parasailing. She also loves traveling and spending time at the beach. Sheís currently learning American Sign Language to broaden her ability to connect with others.
