Neil Czako

Neil Czako is a seasoned accounting professional with over 20 years of experience in tax, general accounting, and retirement plan administration. He holds a degree from Cleveland State University and has worked at several accounting firms throughout his career, developing a well-rounded perspective on financial services.

With a passion for math and analytical thinking, Neil found accounting to be a natural fit. What keeps him motivated, however, is the human side of the profession. I really enjoy the interaction with clients he says. Neil takes time to build personal connections and getting to know clients beyond their financial statements to better understand their goals, challenges, and values.

Neil specializes in retirement plan accounting but also brings significant expertise in tax and general accounting. His well-balanced skill set makes him a trusted partner to clients with diverse financial needs.

Outside of work, Neil stays active by working out and spending quality time with his wife, four kids, and their dog, Jax. The family loves taking vacations together, and when heís not traveling, you might find Neil enjoying a meal at Mizrahi Grill or cheering on the Chicago Blackhawks.
