Hem Goyal

Hem Goyal is a Tax Director at The Dolins Group with over 25 years of experience in accounting, tax, and business consulting. She holds a master’s degree from Himachal Pradesh University in India and a second master’s degree from the University of Illinois recognizing her academic credentials. Hem is a licensed Enrolled Agent and remains active in the professional tax community.

Before joining TDG, Hem owned and operated her own accounting practice. She specializes in reviewing federal and state income tax returns, payroll and sales tax returns, and financial statements, while also providing tax planning and business consulting. Her client approach is built on trust, communication, and delivering support that goes beyond compliance.

Outside of work, Hem serves as a Director of the Illinois Society of Enrolled Agents and has volunteered with the Kalapriya Foundation and Grayslake Schools PTO. She enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband Sanjeev and daughters Reeti and Priya, following Chicago basketball, and enjoying vegetarian cuisine, especially Indian food.
