Terri Cogan, CPA

Terri Cogan brings more than 35 years of experience advising closely held businesses and their owners. A graduate of Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, she is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience serving healthcare organizations and privately held companies. Her expertise includes revenue cycle management, physician compensation modeling, group formation initiatives, and the implementation of operational best practices and internal controls.
Known for her hands-on, relationship-focused approach, Terri works closely with clients to navigate financial challenges, strengthen operations, and support long-term success. She is passionate about helping business owners achieve both their professional and personal goals through practical guidance and strategic insight.
Outside of work, Terri enjoys traveling, needlepointing, solving puzzles, taking long walks with her Cavachon, Izzy, and spending time with her husband, Scott, their three sons, two daughters-in-law, and granddaughter, Skylar. While she originally envisioned a career in healthcare, she now jokes that her dream job would be naming OPI nail polish colors.
